Recently bought a new Portable Power Chair delivered and assembled by Mr Greg Purchase who was extremely helpful, polite and was very good with the instructions on how to use the vehicle. As an elderly person I was very impressed by his kindness and patience. I would highly recommend Mendip Mobility to supply their needs.

My mother broke her recliner chair and couldn’t get it to move. The lovely people at the Street branch got an engineer to her in less than 2 hours and fixed it for her. I cannot thank or recommend this company enough. They went above and beyond. Especially with it being so close to Christmas. Really appreciate everything they did. Definitely 5 stars!!

We arranged scooter hire while stopping in Wells for my Dad who’s never used one before, and it’s fair to say a little nervous of needing one. The team were great at putting his mind at ease and the scooter we hired was perfect for the job and really raised his confidence level. We’ve been everywhere in this week away and the scooter has enabled him to enjoy his holiday and explore more and more than he has in years. Knowledgable staff, great service and a holiday well explored. Genuinely impressed.

My mother is almost 99 yrs old and my sister and I decided it was about time she needed a mechanical chair. My sister said she could obtain a dual motor tilt chair in 8 weeks off the internet. I said 'Please let me try Mendip Mobility in Street near me first, as I think they have chairs in stock'. I popped in yesterday and they have a good stock in the shop, ready to be taken away. Today an hour ago (less than 24 hrs later) I collected a chair in mum's specified colour, ready to drive it back to Surrey still tonight. The internet is not the answer to everything! Exemplary service from Sandra and Anthony at the Trowbridge branch. They quickly sourced a wheelchair for a disabled relative and brought it round for a trial and just as quickly obtained a modification to make it perfect! We recently hired a mobility scooter for a week from Mendip Mobility in Street. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the price for the scooter hire was very reasonable. We also enquired about some other mobility aids and the gentleman we spoke to was really helpful and not at all pushy. We will certainly be coming here again.
