Absolutely love this pool, it's warm water, splash pad and baby pool are lovely. The only thing I could say that would make it better is if you go later, say after lunch, it could be cheaper. As it is you have to pay full price, for only a couple of hours use.

We love this place. We try and come as often as the dismal British summer allows. It's great for all ages, as there are 4 different areas plus massive grass sitting area. Tuck shop sells hot and cold drinks and snacks, but you can order hot or cold food from a cafe on the high street and they deliver! I just wish the season was longer, as September is often hot after the kids go back.

Oh what can I say!.... This place is just amazing, a little hidden gem just off the high street in Street in Somerset. The whole site is spotlessly clean, and staff including life guards were very friendly. The shop has snacks and sweets, instant coffee or tea, and is very well priced. The Pool is a lovely temperature, and of good size. If I was going to make any suggestions, a decent coffee machine and hot snacks like cheese toasties etc would be the icing on the cake! Well done to those who work here and run this venue, as My 8 and 9 year old didn't want to leave.... Thanks

A really wonderful day out. The grounds are beautiful. Everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Lifeguards are really professional and on the ball. The cafe items were reasonably priced. We travelled from Taunton and weren't disappointed. Kids can't wait to come again.

Absolutely shocking communicating between staff. One said it was okay to throw our mates in and then someone woman came and kicked us out. Communicate more don't say One thing and then say something else of u have a problem with something then say and we would of stopped but one lifeguard said it was okay as long as no one is near us so we didn't we moved away from everyone else. Never gave warnings ever before doing it. Won't be going there again!

Absolutely brilliant place, clean and run fabulously, the life guards are all over people breaking the rules, making it a pleasant day out for everyone! Reasonably priced too ... kids really really had the BEST day. Thank you

What has happened to this place!? Is it under new management? We used to go quite often before the lockdown and today was the first visit since. It is absolutely no fun for 10-12 year olds as they are not allowed to have any sort of fun in the water! First they were tested by a teenage lifeguard that they can swim whole 2 lengths and then they were not allowed to jump, dive, go under water, play with a beachball, splash eachother, play in the deep end, anything really.... absolutely no fun whatsoever!!! The watchful teenage lifeguards assumed the role of strict teachers who kept telling children off every 5 minutes and expected children to just swim as if in lanes like adults!!! Crazy!! All the children were supervised by their adults, there were no unsupervised children around and it was not busy at all yet the lifeguards intervened very unnecessarily and in often rude manner! The little splash park is fun for under 10s and the big pool is fine for over 40-50 year olds but anybody in between these ages, would be terribly bored! My children were looking forward to some pool fun but they quickly got bored. Such a shame as the facilities are excellent but the staff are god awful! Sadly, we shan't be returning unless the management changes...

Beautiful lido. Very friendly. Water very warm for a lido. Great changing rooms. I would recommend they incorporate lane swimming at some point on their timetable as I'm sure more swimmers would use the pool if available. Highly recommend.

Spent a fun afternoon at this hidden gem, just off the High Street, in Street. This is the home of Clark’s Village shopping outlet village, which we have visited hundreds of times but never new about Greenbank pool. It is a heated outdoor pool with separate shallow and deep pools. Also a fun water play area with a slide and fountains to splash in. Lots of space to sit and watch the little ones have fun. Quite expensive to get in and no exit/return during the day. Clean toilet facilities. Also a nice cafe for food, drink, ice cream etc. It loses a star because SEAGULLS. LOTS OF THEM. Not the fault of the pool but you need to be aware of these aggressive buggers. They swoop constantly over the site and pillage peoples picnics if any food is left unattended. Photo shows them flocking. Also very limited car parking. There is another council owned car park that is across the road and quite cheap. Beware that the Bear Inn has a car park also in the same area and is massively more expensive.

The journey was so long from Bournemouth to here but the scenery was stunning as it was all country lanes and countryside. It wasn't too expensive two children and one adult £17, parking across the round £2.50 for 3hrs. Lots of space to sit and have picnics, heat pools, water and splash play, smaller pool work slide, swallow and deep end. All heated, changing rooms and toilets. Areas to buy snacks and drinks. Bring your own picnics. We went when was warm but had been raining so less people but during the summer is was extremely packed.
