Only went for a look, ended up buying 2 sofas and a foot stool, what a salesman. Sam was a great help, really recommend this shop.

Just to say how delighted I was this week at the service I received while buying a table lamp, the young man who served me went out of his way to be helpful and efficient. I always find the store a delightful place to shop. Highly recommend.

The customer service and after care that Livinghomes affords it customers is outstanding. The help and support from Chris and the rest of the staff I had after an issue with sofas I’d purchased, with the manufacturer not the shop, was first class. Thank you.

I spoke to a lady on the phone regarding my mattress delivery today and I couldn't belive how rudly spoken to I was. A real shame considering the reputation.

Went today to look at a Parker Knoll Sofa, found staff very helpful ultimately resulting in a sale but when I returned home realised that I needed to order one of the Sofas in a smaller size, rang up and order was changed over the phone excellent service all round I would recommend this store.

Got to disagree, with the reviews below, have just come out of the bed store and am fuming at the way I've just been spoken to. Had whittled my choice of beds down to two and was just trying it out, when my 3 year old climbed up next to me .The sales assistant then severely reprimanded me as he had shoes on. His brand new, very clean shoes on. Being a responsible parent, I wouldn't have let him do it if they weren't. She used a tone as if she was scolding her child, not a fully grown adult, and certainly not a customer who was about to spend £1800 on a bed. My custom and my money will very much be going elsewhere. Wonder why local shops are feeling the pinch with service like this?

An old fashioned business that provides customers with service and charges a little more than the bargain basement vendors on the internet. I am wondering why this sort of business is a rarity, why service is no longer valued. Why save a few percent of the cost of something only to have to jump through hoops, stay in, arrange returns and all the other downsides of modern internet inconvenience.
