My boiler broke down, I'd just recently moved to this area, had no idea who to call, found this engineer on Google and rung the landline, left a message about what the problem was and my contact number, rung the mobile number provided for emergency breakdowns, never got an answer on the 2 times I called the mobile and never got a call back from the message I'd left. Thank you for YouTube, I managed to find a video on how to fix the boiler myself. Recommend you look at YouTube yourself, save a bomb and save the disappointment of never hearing from engineers who obviously don't want your business.

In my opinion the best heating engineer in the area. Phil really knows his trade, is on time and friendly. I had two other heating engineers around who could not fix the problem , Phil had it sorted in under thirty minutes. I fully recommend his business.
