Great service and an amazing atmosphere. All staff members are very polite, work really hard.

Really friendly and helpful people. Comfortable beds and decent shower. Food was great in the restaurant and at breakfast. The only problem we had was being in room 6. Until closing time we had to listen to banging doors and the hand dryers blowing from the public toilets below the room. There was also a constant noise from what seemed to be the kitchen extractor fans.

The staff are excellent so friendly and helpful.The food is good too. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable .A great night's sleep .

I always enjoy my stay at The Bear. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food delicious and the rooms comfortable. I especially appreciate the fact that I can make a decent cup of tea in my room.

Our room was nicely decorated, with comfortable bed. a nice touch was the fan in the room, really made a difference as it was a very warm night. check in was a breeze we had food in the evening, this was excellent quality

Another amazing weekend in this comfortable and friendly hotel. The rooms are immaculately presented, breakfast is excellent with a wide choice. The food at other times is very typical of similar establishments but cooked and served to a high standard. The bar is well-stocked with something for everyone and both bar staff and restaurant staff are pleasant, friendly and professional. It's a stone's throw to Clarks Village - shoppers' paradise!

Great staff told me the best places to go for walks and the best cafes to go. The place is in street town centre 20 minute walk to tesco. The room was fantastic spotless. I would highly recommend the Bear Inn I will definitely be interested in going back.

As usual, our two night stay at the bear was fabulous! The rooms although not luxurious are clean and comfortable with all amenities you will need. Perfect for your holiday needs.the staff and breakfast were excellent as always. Breakfast omelette was lovely, pastries fresh and plentiful, hubby had ,"the works" and was very happy 😊. Highly recommend for a lovely short break, great value for money,we'll be booking again soon. We have eaten there before but never stayed. We had a family room, it was very spacious, very clean, we were very impressed. We had a meal when we arrived, it was excellent, the service was top class. The breakfast the next day was varied, we had table service, again excellent customer service
