Very helpfull staff. They have serviced our 4 family cars for the past 5 years and their service has been excellent. For main dealer servicing I have to say their pricing structure is very competitive - wouldn't go anywhere else! They have service loans cars available but with the quick turn around times I have never had the need to have one. All in all a very good main dealer and I couldn't be happier. Update 21.08.2018 My opinion has not changed - they are still the most helpful main dealer I have ever dealt with!!! Update 16.09.19 Still of the same opinion - this time had a service, MOT and a ford safety recall - they are still the best garage I have dealt with - Well donre Abbey - keep up the good work!! Amazing! Took my car in after it made a loud bang so it wasn't a planned drop off. The guys in the garage were extremely helpful and not only fixed the problem but also gave me car a complete check and explained the problem in a really good way. Will definitely use again.

Excellent well established Family run business with tremendous customer care , sales staff very helpful with no pressure sales tactics. After purchase and service care excellent too . Dealt with them for over 30 years with not one regret or issue . Highly Recommend.

A very good ford dealership. Workshop always very efficient and have never had any issues. The only problem is that I find them very very expensive and now can't afford to have my car serviced there any more. My fiesta in for a recall which has been dealt with okay.
