Very dishonest nail salon. Charged me £5 more than usual and the nail colour is not even the one I want. Definitely not recommended!

My nails looked good but they cut my skin with scissors and made two fingers bleed. One then got infected. They are also very unfriendly

Worst nails I’ve ever had, the lady rushed them! They wasn’t done right at all, loads are thicker than others, not happy with them at all and paid £35! What a waste of money

Chi chis, is very hit and miss. But it’s very MISS now. I’ll explain why, a previous appointment I had a male employee doing my nails randomly say he wanted to strangle me in front of my sister in law. And then today I spent £60 on a set of acrylic nails with nail art. Firstly the talking in your own language so much is RUDE! Secondly on a separate appointment Iv witnessed arguing with another client. I digress, today took the biscuit, the nail art was so off from what I asked 4 nails had to be re done, not even close to what I asked for, then when I said I’m not paying £60 for a design that isn’t remotely close to what I asked for, I’m not looking for exact or perfect, but honestly I’m speechless at how bad it is, when Iv explained why 4 nails need to be re done I had a gathering of 6 males around me, whilst one was clearly aggravated, by saying we don’t do exact to which I explained I understand but it’s not remotely close. However they did re do them better, but still the whole design is so off. I also don’t understand why it’s only “cash only” I’ll put that one down to tax evasion…. But that’s none of my business. Put it this way, I’ll be re doing them myself. I hat a waste of £60

I have very very bitten nails but they did an amazing job and were so kind and non judgemental of my awfully short nails. It's been 6 days and no signs of lifting. So pleased. I will be back! X

Love this place so happy with my nails latest really well. A bit of a wait but we'll worth it u need to go back for infills. I made a very big mistake needed infills chi chi was busy so went next door BIG MISTAKE lesson very much learnt. There's a reason they are so busy, definitely sticking to Chi Chi. THE GREEN NAILS ARE NEXT DOOR !!!!!

Really impressed with the efficiency and quality. I was able to sit down straight away and my nails were done really quickly and to a very high standard. The shop itself is light and clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. Will 100% be going there from now on!
