Cashier was extremely helpful and approachable which made a change from usual high street shopping where you can never find any staff. They had all the lovely tasteful Christmas jumpers which I buy from Peacocks every year. Please stay with us Peacocks. You sell some great workware too

Always like to have a walk around in the Street branch. Reasonaby priced clothes and shoes. Usually a good selection and 9/10 i usually come out the store with something. 😀

Two tills operating, long queue, only one till was capable of accepting cash. That was being used to accept a card sale and enrole customer to email. Gave up, left selected items on counter. Will buy elsewhere.

I went in recently to get some work clothes, all reasonably priced. Ended up grabbing a few sale items when I was in there, staff were very friendly and approachable.

Shopped online as item not in store. Item was not as I expected so called in to return to store, as i have always done ,only to find that returns policy had changed for online returns. Went home to get code I needed to return items , back to store 3 times before I was able to return. Not impressed as nothing on website to say new policy . Also online does not bring to attention that you now only have 14 days to return items. 😥

I always shop in this store, its convenient for me being just across the road from where I work. Clothes are well made and worth the money. Staff here are helpful and friendly.

The layout of the store was nice,but even though I spent 45 minutes in there, I never once saw a peacock. Come to mention it I didn't see any bird life.
