Not had a great experience here they messed my tracking up took it back thought it might of been fixed but I had enough and took it to another tyre place which they found the tracking to be out by alot I've used these for a while but won't be going back

Ridiculous incompetent service, would give 0 stars if possible. I took my car in because it was veering to the left while driving. National tyres put the car up on the ramp and couldn't find the fault. They said to take it to a mechanic to be put on a shaker plate. I took it to my normal mechanic days later and one wheel bearing is completely done, the tracking alignment is off and the rear tyre needs new brake pads and discs. ALSO the worst part is that the exhaust was snapped in two!!! I'm appalled that national tyres overlooked every single one of these issues, I went in person to discuss the matter and they claim that they only looked at suspension so didn't check for any other issues. The car was sent in because of the alignment so how one earth can they justify not checking the tyres when it is literally the first suggestion on google as to why the alignment is off! In fact they told me the tyre pressures were fine so they obviously checked the tyres to some extent but missed the wheel issues and exhaust. It literally feels like a blind person checked my car over. My car would 1000% not be allowed on the road with a snapped exhaust and yet national tyres didn't even see this and blamed it on the fact they only 'focused on suspension'. Absolutely appalling. When you take your car for a repair you expect an excellent service but these guys clearly didn't open their eyes when checking my car over. DO NOT GO HERE. The picture shows how obvious it is that the exhaust is broken if they had bothered to open their eyes.
