A small, but very professional organisation. Great for, and supportive of beginners, as we were when we began classes here 3 years ago, but has accommodated our growth. Small class groups, and all the better for it, and online at present obviously.

The classes have been fantastic for me, I am not very confident with exercise classes but the small class size and high level of individual attention has worked wonders.
